Return from Spain

Once we receive the returned product, we will refund your money immediately (less the €5 transport fee if we collect it ourselves). More details in our Return Policy.

EU / EU (European Union): You will have to send it on your own (MIOH STORE – Caruso y Ana SL, c/ Calvo Sotelo 1, MIOH store, 26003 Logroño ( Spain ), Tel. 941 39 32 54) . Once we receive the returned product, we will refund your money in full. Follow the instructions in our Return Policy.
Rest of the world (non-EU/EU): You will have to send it on your own (MIOH STORE – Caruso y Ana SL, c/ Calvo Sotelo 1, MIOH store, 26003 Logroño ( Spain ), Tel. 941 39 32 54) .Important: returns from the "Rest of the World" may incur customs and clearance charges.
