Shipping to Spain
FREE SHIPPING 24h-48h to the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands, on all your purchases. We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.
Shipping to other destinations
Delivery time 24h-72h. Check cost at the time of payment.
Return from Spain
Cost : €5 .
Deadline : 15 BUSINESS DAYS FROM RECEIPT OF THE PACKAGE
How : It's very easy: send us a message in our Contact section leaving us your name, address, telephone number and order number and we will pick it up.
If you prefer, you can always send it by your own means and the expenses are your responsibility (MIOH STORE – Caruso y Ana SL, c/ Calvo Sotelo 1, MIOH store, 26003 Logroño (Spain), Tel. 941 39 32 54).
Once we receive the returned product, we will refund your money immediately (less the €5 transport fee if we collect it ourselves). More details in our Return Policy.
Returns from the rest of the world
EU / EU (European Union): You will have to send it on your own (MIOH STORE – Caruso y Ana SL, c/ Calvo Sotelo 1, MIOH store, 26003 Logroño ( Spain ), Tel. 941 39 32 54) . Once we receive the returned product, we will refund your money in full. Follow the instructions in our Return Policy.
Rest of the world (non-EU/EU): You will have to send it on your own (MIOH STORE – Caruso y Ana SL, c/ Calvo Sotelo 1, MIOH store, 26003 Logroño ( Spain ), Tel. 941 39 32 54) .Important: returns from the "Rest of the World" may incur customs and clearance charges. This amount will be reduced from the price to be returned.
